My portable 4tb CANNOT BURNING on bd-rom at 4x with nero 2018\\ HELP!

i cannot burn bd-rom single layer with your hard drive what the ■■■■? the buffer always go down after 4 sec non stop !!! what i do ! i have a ■■■■■■ segate 1tb since many years and no probleme. so why your 4 tb my passeport cannot burn in 4 x???

You should contact nero support for this issue and ask them what needs to be done in the drive so that it can resolve the issue.
