Some how my password drive got uninstalled.How do I get it to installed again.It will not work at all when I plug it into the computer.
what do you mean “got uninstalled”? are you saying that when you plug in the drive, you no longer get a password prompt? or you get the prompt, but the password no longer works?
do you mean passport?
if the drive is not seen… try a different cable or different computer
check if the drive shows on disk management
