My device is not working properly when you plug in the usb the blue light flashes the device whirs but does not boot up on my laptop. I hear a clicking noise as it whirs something I haven’t noticed before. I have lots of data on this and don’t want to lose it. Please help
If it makes a repeated clicking noise you could have a dead drive
check on disk management to see if the drive shows there
