I have tried to registrar My new Passport. But it will not be accepted. What happens now?
Three things to verify…
1) Is this a refurbished or secondhand drive? If so, it may have been registered to someone else.
2) Are you using any of any of Internet security features from antivirus software like Norton? If this is the case it may be blocking your registration process.
3) Have you ever publish or given your drive’s serial number to anyone? (Someone might have misused your drive info for a fraud)
