Hi

I have a my passport 320Gb drive - and this works fine on my Win7 laptop. If I try to run unlock on my Win 10 PC then it crashes and I cannot access the data - do I need to update the software ??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi there, you might have to update the firmware if available. Have you tried another Win 10 computer to see if the same thing happens?
