I am running Windows XP hope do I get My Passport to work, hope some one can help.
Well, you’re going to need to provide a lot more info than that… Generally you just plug it in and it works.
So, what’s not working?
Some of the newest Passports cannot connect to the old XP computers. It may be time for a computer upgrade.

Its not picking it up, I have now reformatted it and there it is in my computer, so I can not copy the files and put then in my passport, is there some way to set it up to do do auto.
