I have a 2TB Passport X that I have been using for my xbox for games. However today I safely removed all the information using the xbox on it and decided I wanted to use it for Media instead.
Upon plugging it into my computer the drive will not show up under Drives. When I go into my device manager I see the drive, and it shows up under devices. It also shows up for me to safely eject the device. I need to reformat the drive so that I can put all of my movies on it but I find myself at a loss. Device manager shows that it is working properly and has all of the latest drivers.
I am running Windows 10 Pro with all the latest update.
