Last I heard, the issue was closed with “will not fix.” Personally, the product’s a bit of a let-down. It’s never behaved stably or quickly enough for me to get serious work done with it. I’d be willing to try the SSD version that recently came out, but if it were me, I’d use this as an opportunity to return it and buy a GNARBOX instead.
