My Passport wireless pro fail to recognize WD SA530 disk

I replaced the disk in My passport wireless pro (short as MPW) to WD SA530 (a 1T SSD disk).
It works normal, all function, for few years.
But suddenly, it fail to recognize SA530.
Plug USB cable to PC, PC can not recognize the external driver.
Power on MPW, all light twinkling, no function works.
Take out SA530 and put it into anther portable disk box, it works, external driver can be recognized, all data can be copied.
Put another 120G SSD disk into MPW, restore the system, it also works.

So, only MPW + SA530 does not work. But it has worked for few years…
I guess it should be a power supply issue.
MPW output is 5V 1.5A
SA530 is 5V 1.6A
1.5A <= 1.6A

But it has worked

I do not know how to fix this.
Anyone has any suggestion?
Thank you very mush~~

Hi @flep,

Have you opened a Support Case? If not opened, for more information, please contact the WD Technical Support team for the best assistance and troubleshooting:https://support-en.wd.com/app/ask

Yes, I have opened a support case. And the answer is not helpful.
They suggest me to find any third part to fix it. And they can do nothing.
The case number is 230222-000000
As they say, there is no fixing service in WD, either hard drive or hard drive box.
And they say if I want to recovery any data, I also need to find third part. ( But I do not need any recovery service).
So one word, Support can do NOTHING.
