My Passport will not mount

My Passport External USB drive no longer mounts. My MacBook Pro would not boot with My Passport connected to an external USB port. Once booted, when I connect the My Passport drive, I cannot mount it:

In the first screenshot: Select the grayed out WD and press Mount button. Let me know if that worked.

When I initial plug the drive into the USB port, the white status light on the drive is on continuously. After a few seconds it begins blinking continuously at a rate of about at least 4 times a second.

Clicking “Info” with the drive selected in Disk Utility I get:

It can be verified and repaired by Disk Utility (as per the report). Do you any important data on this drive? If NO then format it with MacOS Journaled.
