today i bought My Passport Wireless 1TB but whn i m trying 2 cnct My Passport wifi from my Android mobile it gives authentication problem. My android Operating system is Marshmallow but when i am trying 2 cnct older version it wrks f9.
How are you trying to connect to the unit? Is the firmware updated?
Yeah i just updated the firmware version to v 1.05.01 but still getting the same authentication problem error when i am trying to connect MyPassport WiFi through my mobile. I turned on WiFi on unit then trying to connect it through my mobile.
