My Passport wd does not work on PC

I just bought my passport 1 Tbit Model # WDBACX0010BBK.  And I have formatted by mistake. The drive work good on my Mac but when I try to run it on my PC it can not recognize the drive and it asks me about an installation CD to insert. 

Please if you can help me with this problem.

If you formatted it for a Mac it won’t work on Windows.

Even though I am using it for Mac can I at least view the folders inside it.
