My Passport ultra won't load and freeze computer

Hello,
I have My Passport ultra 4TB password protected.
The HD load and after i put the password it’s unlocked and then freeze and wont load my data
I tried diffrenet cable and diffrenet computer but no lack
Is there any way i can access my dada?

SOLVED!!! I found a solution. I used

It’s a free datarecovery and it worked with my HD.
I managed to recover 99% of my data.
