When using Windows 8.1 the Ultra worked fine, but since upgrading to Win.10 i cannot access WD Smartware, although it is on the computer. So i can not get to see the storage screen showning Back up, Retrieve etc. I have to go via ,Computor,-E drive,- My Passport, to find which files etc. are on the Ultra.Any help appreciated.

Try to reinstall the Smartware software to see if this helps with this issue, you can also try to run the software and administrator by right clicking and then click on run as administrator. Hope this helps.
