Yesterday I have brought the WD 2 TD My Passport External Hard Disk but I did’t receive my FULL SMART PRO VERSION ACTIVIATION CODE along with received pack. Please help me on this

On this case you can try to click on the little icon that looks like a key and follow the instructions. You can follow the steps on this link, but on your case If your drive is a MY passport ultra and came bundled with the software, you wont have to purchase anything but only put your email and your name i believe. Here is the link, remember you don’t have to purchase anything since your drive comes with the pro version :
