My Passport Ultra Smartware Pro Activation

Hi,

Have a My Passport Ultra and need to get the Smartware Pro Activation.

Nothing comes up when I start Smartware even with disk unplugged.

Read about it not working when clock is out of sync but it’s not, it’s synced with Microsoft’s time servers and is perfectly set for the UK time zone.

I have registered the disk correctly through WD Drive Utilities, updated to 2.4.6 etc but nothing.

Seen mention of an email with activation code, how do I get this??
