My passport ultra shows in Device manager, but I can't find it in My computer.（WIN8）

Hello, Guys

I just got this "my passport” yesterday and it works fine with my macbook air and the parallelled win 7 in my mac. But I encountered this strange problem when I was tring to use it on my lenovo laptop with win 8 system. Can you guys please help me with that? Thank you so much!!

A drive formatted for Mac will not work on Windows without some software. A drive formatted NTFS for Windows is read only on a Mac.
