My Passport ultra (Red) 1 TB bitlocked suddenly and without setting it

Hi all. Any suggestion welcome. Thanks in advance.

I have WD 1T Passportultra (bought on amazon in 2016)
WDBSKD0030BBY - 05
it always worked fine but today suddenly it is not possible to access to it saying
Location is unavailable Not accessible - access denied
once i plug in to my laptop (windows 10)
1 Never happened
2 Never set any password- never encrypted in 5 years
Please telll me i do have a solution as i have all my photos there: )
If i right click it tells me to contact the product support, so here i am doing it initially o nthe forum. I d need an 48-key. Any suggestion ? do i have to send the WD support an email? or i can be helped here?
