I’ve been trying to back up my computer and while everything seemed to be up and running for the main devices when I plugged it in for the first time, I’m getting an error with the other devices, aka “WD SES Device USB Device”. At the bottom I get “The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)” and when I try to update the drivers, it doesn’t find anything searching online for software and infuriatingly becomes almost impossible to back out of.
Does anyone have a clue what to do?
And does anyone know if this will preclude me from still storing and using stuff on it? Because it looks like the other main devcices are working fine.
