My Passport Ultra not recognized by windows 10 update

I updated to Windows 10 and now when I connect my WD passport ultra, it shows a two drive. one is local drive (like G: Drive) and another is USB drive. When i try to open these drive it shows error messages saying “G:\ The directory name is invalid” . I can not access my files. I have scanned and checked for errors from WD software and all is right. I connected this WD hard drive to bluray player, and it is showing all those files. how can i fixed it.

How is the drive showing under disk management?

Have you tried changing the drive letter?

I don’t know how to change the drive letter…If you could point me in the right direction I could give that a go.

The attached image is how it shows under disk management. The data is incorrect though, because it reads that is 100% “free space” and there is a ton of data on it.
