My Passport Ultra (metal edition)

My Passport Ultra is new. I installed it approx 2 weeks ago. I was able to do an initial back up. It is associated with my “G” Drive. I was unable to do another back up since. (As a fyi, I use Norton 360 to back up onto my WD My Passport). I had scheduled it for a weekly back up, I also tried automatic back up. when I saw that nothing happens, I tried doing a back up (back up now…) and I get the message “to check to make sure my back up device is plugged in”. It is. Only as a fyi, during the same week, my laptop was upgraded to Windows 10. Please help, any advice?

No need to reply. Once I changed to “automatic” back up, it just started working fine. Only thing I did.
