My Passport Ultra is now unrecognised

My boyfriend’s computer D drive had an error which meant he couldn’t access it. We decided to plug my passport ultra into his computer to transfer what we could from his D drive but as a result my external hard drive has not been recognised on any computer since. I have now tried it on three computers in total.

Originally when I plugged it into my computer it said it had an error and needed to be scanned. Following this it said it needed to be fixed, which I also selected. This failed and nothing has happened since.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Also try using the DLG tool to test the unit. It sound like a data corruption issue.
