My Passport Ultra- help please!

I’ve requested an RMA for my Passport Ultra but I’m clutching at straws before I send it off to be wiped/repaired. The blue light flashes when connected to my laptop. The laptop recognises it- it will remove and reinstall it but I can’t get to my data? Diagnostics:

Hello,

I believe the reason you cant get to your data is because the partition is corrupted. You may try using a data recovery software in order to recover the data and then format the drive in order to use it again.
