My passport Ultra erased, how do I reinstall WD software?

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction? I recently erased my device My Passport Ultra and then followed online instructions to reinstall the WD stuff onto it. What I found referred me to Answer ID 7 in the Knowledge base but it doesn’t seem to exist.
I downloaded and installed the WD Back up onto my computer but when I launch it it shows the My Passport Ultra is Offline and it also thinks that I have two of them.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
