My Passport Ultra disconnect my laptop from internet

Hi,

I am using a WD Passport Ultra but when i connect it to my laptop, it disconnects from internet. I have Windows 10 and i can not using internet with my external drive connected. Anyone know what can be happend and how to solve it? Thanks everyone.

Be more specific. Is your WIRELESS signal dropping, or connection to the internet. They’re two separate symptoms.

When I connect the external drive, it seems that I have internet connection without any problem. The wifi icon seems as if everything went allright but when I try to open a webpage with my external drive connected, it does not found.
I hope I could explain my problem with more accuaracy if not, please ask me. I would like to solve it. Thanks a lot.
