Hello, 

 i facing a problem with my external disk, it was showing in “devices and printers” but it never comes in “my computer”. 

the applications like “wd security, wd drive utilities” also didnt detect the drive. the light on the drive is still working. 

please help me to resolve the problem, also give the processes to replace my product with company.

Hello Arunas. Did you try a different cable and try the drive on a different computer? This way we can help determine if it may be the computer or the drive. If the drive still doesn’t show up, then it may need to be replaced. I included links below on how to replace a drive under warranty like you have requested
