My Passport Ultra - Cannot access my backup data

I’m suddenly having issues unlocking My Passport Ultra to access my data backup. The drive previoulsy auto-unlocked when I plugged it to my laptop. Now I get a prompt that the drive is not unlocked but I can only access the unlocker app, not the contents of the drive. I welcome any suggestions on how I can fix this.
