My Passport Ultra 2TB is unidentified in any computer but it's Spin

My Passport Ultra 2TB is unidentified drive by any computer, but could feel it’s Spin and constant light appears, without any blink. This lead me inaccessible to my data files.

Could anyone suggest the problem, and how to rectify this.?

Reference to your below guidance, i go through Disk Management and found below drive with NTFS (Healthy partition).
