My Passport stopping workink

I don’t even know where to begin… It’s not working and I need to know what to do next. I think I dropped it last night, so that might be why it’s not working - I didn’t know these things could be damaged so easily (I’m always throwing it in my bag)… I can hear a faint sound when I plug it in.
Do I find a data recovery place local here? If so, what do I look for? I need my files ASAP!!!

.If possible, you need to find a “WD Backup.swstor” folder on the Passport drive. All your information is in there.
