I was able to start the backup on My Passport Wireless and got the message it was copying files, but no files were actually copied or backed up. It normally takes 10-15 minutes at most. After 2 hours, not a single update appeared. I mistakenly had Firefox running when I first started the backup and do not know if this caused the problem or corrupted the software. Please Help!
