It appears that my 250GB Passport gives the blue screen and then shuts down my laptop pretty much every time I try to copy and/or access individual data files (such as a video). I’ve narrowed it down to this because it only gives me the blue screen when I have my portable hard drive plugged in and I try to access data. I looked for firmware for my product and found none. My portable hard drive is about around two years old and the model number on the back of the hard drive is WD2500ME -01. Any help will be greatly appreciated…
