guys can anyone help me my external is 2 weeks old in first my max copying is 18-21mb and now 1-1.5mb how i fix this? im regretful after i buy this external. but when i try external of my cousin it’s seagate max copying is 27mb sorry my english but u really need help

Have you try connecting your drive to a different computer? Do you encounter the same issue?
my problem is solved because of bios setting my hard drive(Hitachi). so everytime i copy its very slow i reset my bios and every ok now in first i tried copying i see 40mb max and now 27-33
