After power up, ca 10 seconds, all blue lights are flashing 6 of them. I can not do anything to get it working, reset do not work, connect to pc do not work, what to do ?
Try running scandisk and check your drive’s disk health. you can also use the drive utilities or diag tools offered by WD to check.
If problem remains, contact the WD support team directly for help.
