Hello, I have My passport pro external drive connected to my xiaomi note smartphone. When I open my cloud, there is file with over 300 videos, but when open the file there is only less then 100 videos and rest is missing and it’s not possible to find them. Do you know where is the problem? (They are not hidden) thank you
Is the My Passport Pro connected to the My Cloud? If not then you should see the dedicated subforum for external drives and inquire in there. This subforum deals with the single bay/single drive My Cloud line.
For the My Cloud, some are having trouble viewing a large number of files or folders when accessing their My Cloud remotely using the MyCloud.com web portal. The problem seems to happen mostly with Chrome. The following post discusses one possible way to fix the issue.
