My Passport plugged to My Cloud Home - taking a long time to complete backup

Hi there. I have purchased a 4tb My cloud home recently and plugged my 1tb my passport into the usb port for backup. I have around 300gb of data and it’s been 3 days since I plugged it in and it’s still not done!

Where can I see the backup progress so that I know how long it still would take to be able to be finish with the backup, I need to use my Passport badly (and I don’t want to unplug it when it’s still obviously backing up to the my Cloud home).

Thank you for the link. Backup Process is not on the mobile app screen. It just indicates how many files are saved on a particular day but doesn’t indicate progress (like how many percent left to back up).
