My Passport - Not Working

Good Day,

I have a 1 TB  My Passport external drive.

I have tried plugging it into 3 different computers and the power light comes on, but neither of the computers shows it in My Computer nor WD Smartware launches.
I tried reinstalling the drivers without success.

It does make some noise.
