My passport - not working since being disconnected

set up my passport - all working fine - both C: and D: drive were being backed up. 

Was accidentally disconnected from the PC.

now have got WD SmartWare running - it says its backing up files from the C: drive - but nothing appears to be happening ??

how do i get it to be backing up again ?

all appears ok with the MyPassort - can look at its contents on windows explorer etc…

I’ll suggest you top backup your data and Run the WD DLG tool to write zeroes to the drive. Also if possible reinstall Smartware into your computer.
