During initial Backup Setup on my laptop the scan for targets returns “NO BACK TARGET FOUND”. This drive IS found successfully when I install on my desktop pc.

Make sure the drive is seen on the laptop computer.
Go to disk management and check if you see the drive there.
Drive IS seen in disk management window, but it still cannot be found when the initial scan is done during backup setup.
