My Passport not downloading large files

I am trying to download a movie that is larger than 4G and it gives me an error page that my hard drive is not formatted to download anything larger than a 4G.  How can I change that?

The drive needs to be formatted NTFS to allow files larger than 4Gbs

seems to be formatted on Fat32 and that’s one of the limitations on that file system
