My Passport not being read by DVD Player

I used to have a 500GB External Disc which worked fine with our DVD players. Now that I bought a new 3T one it cannot be read by neither DVD Players (Pioneer DV 2242 & LG Bly - Ray BP125) while USB sticks are still read. What can i do?

Hello,

Since your previous WD My Passport is 500 GB,I recommend you make sure the DVD players supports 3TB drives.

This may well be a compatibility issue.
