I’m using a My Passport Essential SE drive which I just got today, and I was in the middle of backing up all my files from my computer and then my computer suddenly reboots. Now I can’t finish the backup of my files or erase the files on the drive to start over. What can I do to fix this problem?
Now when i try to erase whats on the drive it freezes up
Have you tried to reformat the drive? This erases all the files that have been corrupted in the drive and causing the malfunction.
