My Passport is RAW file system

Hi all,

Recently my WD Passport was not working properly. It was not detected by laptop. I try to plug into other but it was still not detected.

I found that my WD passport is RAW file system at device manager and using device manager to format it. But it take a long time to finish. I try to delete and re-creat by Acronis Disk Director but it repuired restart computer. I restart but Acronis Disk Director not detect WD Passport. I guess that WD Passport only detect in Windows because at the before, I added password to protect my databases.

Can you give me some suggestions?

Thanks

Here my captures. please help me

Hi,

My Passport is now detected by laptop. Now I still have a question.

I use WD Quick view to safely remove my Passport. The flash was turned off but My passport still vibrates after safely remove. So that’s problem or not?

Thanks

I have a similar program.

My hard drive is not detected and is showing that the disk is raw.

the data lifeguard diagnostics is not even showing the hard disk in physical drive.

i had 1 TB of important data in hard disk which I can no longer access.

I urge anyone who can help me in this problem.

When the diagnostics finally worked, the quick and the extended scan failed citing extensive damage to the drive.

How do I recover my data?
