hi, I was purchased my passport one year ago. When I try to connect USB 2.0 to the computer, the blue flash light in the hard drivers is not showing. So I think is there are anything wrong with hard driver? Please help it, as I have a lot of data back up in this hard drivers!
Are you using your drive with a desktop or laptop computer? If you connect your drive to another computer do you experience the same issue?
