My Passport is not showing up in my computer?

I am using win 7
My WD Elements hard drive 2TB is not showing up anywhere. Not in device manager nor my computer.
It shows up on other devices though.??
the led is lit and and can hear it boot up? USB hub is not faulty. not even working in tv or ps4?

its about half-year-old working fine till now … pluged it in to a ps4 … now this??

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried using a different USB cable?

Please try using the WD DLG tool to see if the application is able to detect the drive.
