Was using two My Passport for MAC USB 3.0 1 TB since a few years without issue. A few days ago one of them was no longer working (probably because I have disconnected it without ejecting it first, my bad). But this is not my issue…
My issue is that I upgraded all WD apps (Disk Utility, Security and Discovery) on the Mac to the latest version, since that, none of both drive are detected by those tools while I can access the drives data from Finder without problem. Disconnected all USB device, reconnected only the drive without success. Now I’m stuck with the tools not working and I don’t have kept the old installer for the previous version I was using.
Tried WD Disk Utility with a Win 10 computer with the same drives and it can see both of them without issues.

Any idea?
