Dear Members,
I kindly ask your help. My wd my passort has fall and when I plug it, it makes a wierd noise. I have a feeling that it tries to turn but cannot. Computer doesn’t recognise it.
I renoved it from the case and plugged it without the case on it but only hear the noise.
Can you please help me what can I do with it?
Is there any technique to repair it?
I am desperate…

Hi Anncsi,
I would suggest you to change the USB cable of the drive and try to connect the drive on a different USB port of the computer and take the backup of all your important data on a different location when the drive gets detected by the computer.
