hi everybody…
my passport (ext hard drive) won’t mount via USB on my mac pro
the white light is constantly on.
no sound at all when i plug (and unplug) it…
and a lot of stuff on !
please answer my call or give me some tricks to help me

The first thing is that you need to have your Passport connected directly to your Mac, so no extension cables or USB Hubs, then you can go into Disk Utility app and chk if the Passport is recognized there, if it is recognized, you should be able to recover your files with a data recovery program, if not your Passport could be faulty. You can chk other things like another USB cable or Connect your Passport into another Mac. Let me know if it helps.
