Can anyone please let me know what is the meaning of “RMA” and what to type into the box which require the RMA? Thanks.

RMA is return merchandise authorization. Are you returning your passport to WD? Is that why your asking?

No. I sent an email to Western Digital and I was asked to fill in the RMA value in a box provided. What do I need to state in this box.

You dont have to fill in the box unless you have a rma number
