MY PASSPORT ESSENTIAL portable hard drive

i cannot find my file(My Passport) that should be in my PC and its still new .i plugged already plugged the USB but nothing happen the second time .It happen the first time. 

Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
