My Passport Essential Drive can’t be locked again after it’s already been unlocked. I tryed several times to lock it again. Therefore, is there a way I could lock the drive by clicking on the WD unlocker icon on my computer, or should I only disconnect it and then remove it in order to get it locked for good, then connect it again and get it unlocked?
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
